On-Site Nurse Practitioner Visits
A Nurse Practitioner (NP) visits Maple Cottage regularly to oversee medical needs and is available for both routine and emergency consultations. If desired, the NP can serve as a Primary Care Provider, supervised by a licensed Medical Doctor.
Pharmacy Services & Medication Management
Medications are conveniently packaged in a unit-dose system to enhance safety and accuracy, eliminating unnecessary pharmacy trips for residents’ families.
Home Health & Therapy Services
Through our partnerships with Medicare-certified home health agencies, residents have access to skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
Hospice & Palliative Care Support
When needed, we coordinate with Medicare-certified hospice providers to promote comfort, dignity, and compassionate support for residents and their families.
Dietary & Nutritional Support
A licensed Dietitian helps guide nutritional planning to support each resident’s unique health needs.
Social Work & Private Care Assistance
We coordinate with social workers and private care attendants to provide extra companionship and support when needed.

This system helps prevent wandering while respecting personal freedom and comfort.
